CCA CFO Forum - Sydney, 13 October 2016

CCA is pleased to announce that the successful CFO Forums we hosted previously are returning.

The financial, regulatory and political context has developed significantly since our last CFO Forum, with many members experiencing both cost pressures and an even greater need to innovate and better understand the financial challenges ahead. The return of these forums will provide a great opportunity for finance executives to: contribute to policy; meet ministers; share ideas; and engage in dialogue.

Date                Thursday 13th October

Time                9.30am to 3pm

Venue              Deloitte, Level 9, Grosvenor Place, 225 George St, Sydney

Cost                 Free to CCA members

The forum series will encourage CFOs to actively participate and add value from their shared knowledge, issues, challenges and experience. The first forum will feature:

An opportunity for dialogue with a Federal Government Treasury representative.

Discuss issues facing the sector; hear about policy priorities; share financial concerns; ask questions.

Our Sector Today

An overview of the size, role, opportunities and threats the sector has to face ahead of a facilitated collaborative workshop.

Better Together

Finance leaders will hear from one another and speak with a stronger voice on real life “case study” issues and provide input into determining actions that CCA and future forums can support. Network over lunch with fellow financial and sector leaders.

The first forum is being held during the CPA Congress week in Sydney to minimise time and travel costs for attendees. It is being hosted by Deloitte in their state of the art collaborative Sydney workshop venue.
